Test merges Dev + Live, push code only
Test merges both sides: Dev code plus Live database, real content and real plugin settings. Push to Live moves code only — it never overwrites Live settings or content. That is the exact workflow we use for greentv.com, corrected to Pantheon rules.

Milestone snapshots before big changes, so a bad update is a restore, not a rebuild.
